Where We Work
AIHA has managed more than 140 partnerships and programs in 32 countries spanning the globe since its inception.
Our first partnerships and programs focused on improving the healthcare services available to the people of Eurasia following the collapse of the former Soviet Union.
In 2004, AIHA launched the HIV/AIDS Twinning Center, a capacity-building program that supports the President’s Emergency Fund for AIDS Relief. Through this program, we are applying our unique capacity-building strategies to countries in Africa.
Flexible and dynamic, AIHA’s programmatic models are well-suited to helping resource-constrained communities and nations anywhere in the world chart a course for positive, sustainable change.
