Through a network of more than 30 primary healthcare partnerships in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, AIHA has helped establish some 70 primary care, family medicine, and women’s wellness centers that provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care to thousands of people each year. Each of these clinics offer a wide variety of patient education and outreach programs, school-based health courses, and support groups that focus on healthy lifestyle choices and prevention of STIs. Center staff also provide a wide range of screening tests and clinical services for the treatment and management of STIs.
