AIHA’s Healthy Communities partnerships employ time-tested strategies for engaging and empowering individuals to play an active role in maintaining their own health and improving the safety and health status of their towns.
Responding to the needs of people in their service areas, partners offer patient education programs on health topics that pose the greatest threat to people in the communities they serve.
