The American International Health Alliance, Inc. (AIHA) is a successful international nonprofit organization dedicated to improving global public health through twinning partnerships and other innovative projects designed to build human resource and institutional capacity. Based in Washington, DC, AIHA has representative offices in seven countries and employs some 70 individuals who manage ongoing initiatives in more than 15 countries.

Under the supervision of the Program Director or designee, the Program Associate will serve as advocate and resource person for all assigned partnerships and initiatives and be responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of partnerships, special initiatives, and developing and maintaining policy and procedures for AIHA's HIV/AIDS Twinning Center.

Controller

The Controller will oversee the organization’s accounting functions. He/she will be responsible for compiling the organization’s monthly and annual financial statements with supporting schedules, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting functions, and directing an accounting department of four employees.
